Framework Scope

This framework allows for the procurement of a full range of Pest Control Products & Services including covers, traps, spray, as well as expert advice and solutions.

What are the benefits of using this framework?

  • Authorised participants can re-open competition within the framework, removing the need
    for a full tender exercise or lengthy supplier evaluation each time they have a Pest Control Products & Services requirement, saving time and costs associated with procurement exercises.

  • Direct award capability giving you a quick, easy and PCR 2015 compliant route to procurement.

  • The terms and conditions are safe and designed to protect you.

  • You can benefit from aggregated spend and lower pricing based on the value of the overall contract, even on low spend orders.

This LOT is for the supply of pest control products, including, but not limited to: 

  • Air brick covers 

  • Ant killer gel, powder, sprays and traps 

  • Bait and bait stations 

  • Enclosed rat and mouse traps 

  • Gap sealant 

  • Mouse and rat traps including electronic, live capture, enclosed and cage 

  • Odour sachets 

  • Wasp nest destroyer foam, killer powder and traps  

This LOT is for the supply of proactive and reactive pest control services, including, but not limited to: 

  • 24hr pest control, prevention and removal 

  • Bird control surveys 

  • Bird proofing advice, and installation including bird netting and spikes 

  • CCTV drain camera surveys 

  • Drain protection 

  • Emergency pest control treatment and removal 

  • Insects including fleas, mites, wasp and hornets’ nests, cockroaches, bed bugs and ants 

  • Non-toxic heat treatment  

  • Pest control surveys and site inspections   

  • Pest proofing methods including bristle strips, mesh covers and batter proof doors 

  • Rodent infestations 

  • Specialist pest control services including hawking, fumigation, heat treatments, disinfection, sanitisation and fogging services.

  • Wildlife pest control

How to access the framework

This framework allows for customers to place their orders via direct award or further competition.

The customer is strongly advised to carry out their own due diligence before selecting whether they conduct a further competition or direct award with any of the awarded suppliers. The customer will determine the requirement, specification and award based on the Most Advantageous Tender (MAT). Procurement Services takes no responsibility for the chosen contracting method of any individual customer.
